About EmptyHands KaraTe School

EmptyHands is a traditional Dojo (School)which owes its heritage to the Shotokan lineage. We practise Tradition KaraTe-Dô; Kihon (basics), Kata (form), Bunkai (application), and Kumite (sparring).

The School is an accredited member of the Karate Society and is affiliated to Bunbukan Institute of Japanese Budo Culture. Our Dojo Sensei (Azeem Mushtaq) is qualified in Martial Arts Coaching and is also a registered Shiatsu practitioner Shiatsu Society.
